Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

We are assisting a wonderful client in the Savannah area in the search for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant role.  This is a great opportunity with a wonderful family investment office.

This individual will serve as the quarterback and liaison for the family office with its team of advisors and professionals. This individual must be an effective communicator, highly organized, able to multi-task, prioritize, and see projects through to completion. Experience with QuickBooks required.

The job responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining calendar for family office.
  • Process accounts payable/bill payments weekly after review with employer.
  • Provide payroll information to third party payroll service provider
  • Reconcile all bank accounts monthly.
  • Maintain orderly filing system of information (invoices, bank statements, investment statements, year-end tax information, etc.)
  • Interface monthly with accounting firm in assisting with month end close out of financials.
